We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and information displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of food products, packaging changes, or display differences across devices. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds – Food Products
Due to hygiene, safety, and consumable nature, food products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged at the time of delivery
- The product received is expired
- An incorrect product is delivered
Any such issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographic or video evidence.
Important Conditions
- Products that have been opened, partially used, consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Dissatisfaction related to taste, smell, texture, or personal preference does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds – Non-Food Products
Non-food products may be eligible for return or replacement subject to the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition with all accessories, manuals, and inserts intact
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Natural Product Variation Disclaimer
Freeze-dried products may naturally vary in color, shape, size, texture, or taste due to agricultural sourcing and processing methods. Such natural variations do not constitute defects and shall not be grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
7. Return & Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a valid return or refund request, customers must:

- Provide the order number and a detailed explanation of the issue
- Attach supporting images or videos, where applicable
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days. Approval or rejection of requests shall be at the sole discretion of food123.ai.
8. Shipping, Delivery & Courier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
Delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund once an order has been dispatched.
9. Partial Refunds
In cases where an order includes multiple items and only certain items are found to be defective or incorrect, refunds or replacements shall be limited strictly to the affected item(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
10. Refund Processing Timeline
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout
- Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider
We shall not be liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.
11. Final Sale Items
Products marked as “Final Sale”, promotional items, or products restricted due to hygiene and safety reasons are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply.
