We currently ship products across India. International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated.

- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 2–5 working days
- Non-metro / remote areas: 4–8 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier partner, location, and external factors.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
- Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to terms mentioned at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery Delays
food123.ai shall not be responsible for delays caused due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions or natural calamities
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations once the order is dispatched.
6. Failed or Returned Deliveries
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery. Refunds, if any, will exclude shipping costs.
7. Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:
- Take photos/videos immediately
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
